They have released the following statement.
We have been informed that Carlito Colon, a contracted IWF superstar,
tonight appeared on the TWA - Today wrestling programme on the Bravo network
this evening. Carlito was not authorised by anyone in the IWF to appear on
this show and is in breach of his IWF contract for doing so.
We have advised the TWA that they legally cannot parade Carlito on their
show and that no further reference may be made to a contracted IWF talent.
We have suspended Carlito and, if neccessary, will be filling for compensation
against the TWA for using talent that not legally able to appear on their show
due to the terms of his contract.
