Too Cold Scorpio Inks A Deal

The IWF are pleased to announced that they have reached a deal with Too Cold Scorpio to wrestle for the company.

Scorpio wrestled with the IWF in the late 90's under the "Mr. Scorpio" gimmick and in recent years has made a name for himself in the Japanese promotions.
